Originally from Greenville, South Carolina, Ashley has undergraduate degrees in Christian education and business administration from Erskine College. She holds a master’s in theological studies from Reformed Seminary in Jackson, Mississippi.
During her time in Jackson, she served for four years as Director of Women’s Ministry at First Presbyterian Church and also met her husband John. They now reside in Brandon, Mississippi with their three young sons, two of whom are on the autism spectrum. They are members of Brandon Presbyterian Church.
Ashley’s love for ministry, the local church, and families impacted by disability all coalesced in her position as Director of Engaging Disability With The Gospel. As the disability ministry of the PCA, Engaging Disability serves congregations in helping families living with disability thrive in their relationships with Christ and others.
