Rick and his wife Shirley live in Frisco, TX, and attend Christ Community Church of Frisco (PCA). Rick is a retired Air Force Lieutenant Colonel serving 23 years and was a Financial Advisor for seventeen years. He was at Keesler AFB, MS, during Hurricane Camille and was part of the response team. He started with MNA Disaster Response in 2008 during the Iowa Flooding disaster as a volunteer and became a specialist in July 2010. He has developed a disaster response preparation plan for presbyteries and churches, and serves as a regional specialist for Houston Metro, North TX, and South TX Presbyteries.
